I'm a Loser Baby, So Why Don't You Kill Me?
Exercise? Moving my body in more than a lean to and from the keyboard? Nonsense. Let's face it, I cannot stick to anything exercise related. I have blown off yoga. Even tonight I am not going. Why even bother anymore? I will just blow it off and feel guilty for having done so. Why are some people able to stick to these types of things? Is it nature or nurture? Really? Why! WHY?! I hear about friends that go 2-3 times a week to the gym. How? What is the secret? Is there a major "thing" that I am just not aware of, that others know about. It makes them go, it makes them want to work out and feel good and be healthy. Well, I will never learn the secret code/password, whatever, so I guess I should not even try. I will be dead @ the age of 40 cuz my heart will have shriveled up due to over usage, as my bulk continues to expand. 40 inch waist, here I come! My diet has remained the same since I was a kid. I ate anything and @ any time of day, until about 7 years ago. Then my body changed, but my diet was not so willing. No exercise, bad diet. I am in for the short haul folks, 40 it is.

I have phases with the gym. I love it, then I sit on my ass and do all the bad things I shouldn't do. And everytime I quit, it's like pulling teeth to get back there. You have a man.....let yourself go, baby!
