Lorri the Great
Per my previous post, I was able to again work w/ friend Lorri on a third film project. She is a great actress. I had a moment during the shooting last night, where it struck me just how good she was. We were shooting a scene in the kitchen, and I was not in the shot. I was watching the monitor on the camera. She had a moment of brilliance. It was real, it was clever and it sold me. I don't know how it will look on a larger screen, but what I saw, dazzled. She looks great on camera (not to say she looks bad in person, not at all), and her presence is undeniable, and acting very engrossing. Her delivery was flawless, and so natural. It is fun to work w/ someone who gives that much. Hopefully I can give enough in return. Another reason to love this so much is this connection, when in fact, these people are not real. When a moment of this type comes up, it is a reminder of how cool it is to be an actor. When, you can believe what you are doing, and believe what the other actors are presenting to you. Great job, Lorri! You will rock them on the west coast, no doubt about it. Here's to many more projects w/ you. I look forward to it!
