I Can't Help It

Richard Simmons. A freak among freaks. But, I just love him. I love his message, I love his hard work, I love his love for his peeps. I just cannot help it. He's fabulous, creepy, funny, and doesn't give two shits about what the world thinks of him. He loves himself and he loves life. We could all take lessons from him. Not on what to wear or how to style your hair, but how to live each day, and how to help your fellow man.
