Productivity

The other half took the majority of the day to try on his entire closet of clothes; ridding himself of items he no longer wears, no longer fit, or that were ready to be retired...to the trash. Once we returned home this evening, I got in on the fun as well. A grand total of 12 large trash bags were emptied from our closet. One was trash; hole-y socks, stained shirts; etc. The other eleven bags will be donated to our favorite Brown Elephant store. We had discussed going through the clothes and putting them out for the sale, but clearly, we would have had no room for anything else. I am pleased that the weight is leaving my shoulders. It feels AMAZING. I only wish we would have done this while we were living here; before we decided to move. It really makes a difference. In total, I would say we got rid of about 65% of the clothes we had in our closet. So nice. So, so nice.
