So Long, Michael

It was announced today that Michael Crichton died. I was a big fan. I never got around to reading all of his books (perhaps now I will). He was a fabulouly entertaining writer, and his visionary Jurassic Park was made into one of my all time favorite flicks. Among his other books that I read; Congo (the movie did it no justice), The Lost World, and The Andromeda Strain. He had some great flicks to his name as well...the creepy Coma and Westworld...as well as others. He will be missed. Here's a link w/ more info.
