I Want That 6

The other half and I both had today off, so we went and toured another new condo project nearby...actually, a 5 minute walk away. 9 units, and the one we liked the best; was of course, the largest and the second most expensive. Each unit has a name, and our fave was called "Muse", which I thought was a good sign. It's two floors, up to 3 bedrooms (we would have only one; based on our needs) and 2.5 baths. Great space, great light, two outdoor spaces, and in our same zip code. We'd still be in Hollywood, which I like, and none of our habits we've gained in this neighborhood will have to change. Oh wait, the place is 1.1 mill. It'll happen. It's called 10 Palms.

BTW, the "great room" area on the second floor would end up being our ultimate "media/office/crap/toy" room. I would be in heaven!
