Writings -- Untitled Ten
Approximate Age: 19-20
(Based on the handwriting, I would place this one @ mid college days.)
They certainly were not fast moving things. They smelled rotten, like wet earth from many feet under the ground. Their faces were decayed and chapped. Pieces of dead flesh slowly made their way off of the faces' bone structure, taking any maggots that continued to cling to their free meal. Pus oozed out from every tiny crevice, of which there were many. After these many years, most of the corpses had lost a limb or two. The first to go were the homeless. They had nowhere to go, thus were left out in the open, sometimes having nothing more to protect them than a cardboard box. The revived corpses feasted heavily on smaller creatures.
