Concerns about the Living Dead #13

My script is a zombie movie. Will it sell? I need to get my fanny in gear, get the rewrites done, get it out there...get an agent. My debate is, should I try to sell it, or see if I could find a way to produce it myself? Working with the living dead sure is hard. On top of all of this rigamarole, you have to be careful of their appetite for your flesh. This is a valid concern.
