Billy's Dead...
We just got around to watching last week's Battlestar Galactica, just in time for tonight's episode. I guess Billy's the first lead character thats been with the series from the get-go, to actually die; aside from one of the Sharon Cylons. It was a tough episode tonight, and several tears were shed here in my living room. By me, not the other half, he's got a black heart. This episode is another notch in the belt of Battlestar's brilliance. How long before this show is recognized by the Emmy's, the Golden Globes, the SAG Awards? This is a prime candidate for best TV ensemble for the SAG awards, and for almost everyone of the principal actors. Not to mention writing, direction, and technical awards on all of the other awards programs. This is the third season, and still nothing. Mary McDonnell's moment at the side of Billy's corpse in the morgue was astounding. "He's so young" followed by a heartbreakingly sharp gasp. Who wants to join me in a petition to get this show the awards they deserve?
