Concerns about the Living Dead #17

And it's a biggie! I just watched the trailer for the remake of my all time favorite; Day of the Dead. Let it be known. I was also quite wary of the remake for Dawn of the Dead. It turned out that it found a spot on my list of all time favorites; right next to its source material. Not too thrilled with this new remake attempt. It looks cheap and looks like it has 0 to do with the story that apparently "inspired" it. I was initially quite thrilled by the onslaught of horror remakes, but I just think it's getting to be out of control. I read today that Hellraiser is in the works; being written by Clive Barker himself. That film isn't even 20 years old yet! Aren't items over 20 years old considered antiques? Let it at least reach that point before we start thinking of how to tinker with it. Please.
