What a Day!

I called in sick to work this morning. I spent about an hour in the bathroom (in 6 total trips) this morning. What did I eat yesterday? My usual crap, in my usual bad diet. Some days it just takes it toll. Is is enough to keep me from eating such junk? It never has before. Sooo. I slept until noon. As I've said before, apparently I needed it. I think it's strange, that the days I call in; whether I'm not feeling well, need the day off, or am just plain tired, start out the same way every time. I need to start recognizing these signs, and embrace them. Today was one of them. I didn't feel like facing the world (my guts weren't up to it either), so I took the day off. But, I feel energized and ready to go all out tomorrow. It's needed. So, I will, from here on out, fulfill those needs; when the mood strikes me. With no guilt, regret or care in the world.
