Been Awhile...

How long since I posted? Awhile. It's been a long while.

Let's go backward.

Today I stayed home from work (this seems to look like an epidemic). The other half cut out from work @ noon; and we took a trip to the casino; for buffet goodies and a bit of down time in front of the slots.

Yesterday, I arrived home from a business trip to LA. Only the second business trip of my life. It was a long week. I left last Tuesday. One of the worst plane rides of my life. I rarely am able to sleep on planes, so the fact that it was 10:30pm CST when we took off; made for a long, painful flight. We arrived @ LAX @ about 1am (3am Chicago time) and were in bed by 2am (4am Chicago time). We were to be up by 6:30am (CA time) to shower, etc, eat breakfast and be in our seats for an 8am seminar start time. Running on about 4 hours of sleep usually doesn't sit very well w/ me. I'm very useless.

I felt the need to blog; but now am just not in the mood. Further updates from the past weeks to appear soon.
