Something in the Wind

Would it be tacky to explain the events of the past day?

Let me just say that major changes are already underway. Changes that effect every aspect of my life and the life of the other half. No, we're not breaking up. No, I'm not pregnant. It's by no means...bad; just big. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a bit scared by what's coming. All of the events of the past weeks; my father's death; my absence from work, my visit w/ the fam; and the fact that the other half quit his job today (after an almost 9 year stint); are pushing us toward some life changing decisions. I think our move to the west is now closer (and easier) than it ever was before. Goodness; so much is about to change. I hope I'm ready for the ride.
