"Finder's Keepers" My Ass

Have you read about this? Heard about this? What a complete joke. I would love to get some opinions on this. My belief is that the contractor should have taken the 10% offer and been happy w/ it. This BS about his claim to the loot is absolutely ridiculous. The greedy bastard. It's the homeowner's money, plain and simple. Had she not requested him to do the work, he never would have found it. I think it all comes down to who put things into motion that led to the great find. That's clearly the homeowner. And again, she offered him a finders fee, which was totally reasonable. The crap that people do these days. Unbelievable...another notch on my scorecard of how the human race is headed for destruction...apparently sooner than later. You bunch of idiots!
