Don't Get Your Hopes Up; Dingus

I have an interview for another possible job; tomorrow. It's one of those positions you see whenever you go to the movies; certainly here in LA. No, I'm not selling popcorn, or tearing tickets. It's for one of those folks who hands out flyers for free movies...for previews, etc. You have to be super good to make money @ this. A good salesperson and an open big book of movie knowledge. I can do this. How much you make, depends on how much you work. We'll see how this goes. What's clear, is that if I can't get this job, dealing w/ movie lovers and movie trivia, I don't know where I can go. I'll keep y'all posted. But, rather than get my hopes up (only to have them dashed--hey, I'm not being negative, I'm looking @ the precedent), I won't risk jinxing this job. Of course, I doubt there's any base pay, it's all commission, and that kinda sucks, but...we'll see. It'll require a lot of drive time, since it will be in every area of this metropolis, from Pasadena to Anaheim to Santa Monica; and hopefully, a whole lot of work in Hollywood. Hell, within a few blocks radius, we've got a dozen or so movie theatres.
