Who is the ULTIMATE 80s Horror Hunk? Sudden Erection -- Your Top Five & Your Final Vote!

We must complete some business before we move into this last bit of competition.

Michael Biehn of ALIENS beat out Kurt Russell of THE THING -- but just barely.  With a 7 to 6 final tally, Biehn comes out ahead and takes a spot in the top five!  We wish him well, and send an air kiss (if not a real one) to departing top ten competitor -- Kurt Russell.

And there you have it.

Here is your top five!  One of these hot hunks of 80s horror films will take the top honors and be crowned THE ULTIMATE HORROR HUNK of the 80s!

In the order in which they arrived to the top five:

And since we've been going couple by couple (don't I wish some of these dudes were couples!), and narrowing down from an impressive list of 40 hunks, this very last bit of voting will be done a bit differently.

And I must say that any incomplete ballots will not be counted.  No voting for one hunk in all five spots, not, "I'm voting for only one -- and that is so-n-so".  Each of the five hunks must receive a place in your ballot!

You lovely voters, who have been along for this wild ride (it all began in late July 2014) will be ranking the top 5.

Your #5 choice will receive 1 (ONE) point.
Your #4 choice will receive 2 (TWO) points.
Your #3 choice will receive 3 (THREE) points.
Your #2 choice (your choice for runner-up) will receive 4 (FOUR) points.

And your #1 choice (your choice for WINNER) will receive 5 (FIVE) points.

At the end of voting (five days from now), I will tally the points for each hunk, and this will determine the final placements and the big winner.

I do believe the Oscars conduct voting in a similar way, but what the hell do I know?

So that's it.  It's time to crown a winner!  As I'm putting this together for the last time, I must say I'm a little saddened to see it go.  I've been able to contact several of the hunks personally, and that has been a treat.  Many of my friends have been along for the entire wacky ride, and for that I am grateful.  This has been such a fun time...so thanks for being a part of it.
