I Am So, So Pleased

The Descent opened today and the other half and I are planning a trip to the theatre this weekend. Let it be known that the reviews are overwhelmingly positive. I usually check on Yahoo! Movies, and all of their major critics (including New York Times, Entertainment Weekly, Chicago Sun Times and Tribune and many more) reviews; resulted in a B+ average. A friggin' B+ average. I can't think of a great deal of films in this genre that are this well received. They're far and in between. The lowest grade given was a C; which is still only average. Several A's and many B's. This recent addition to my top faves, has finally arrived folks. For what must be the 700th time; GO SEE THIS FILM! I am pleased to announce that many of the critics are telling their readers to not talk about the film, so as not to ruin the buildup and special charm. Don't read spoilers; don't let people tell you plot details. Just go see it; I beg of you! The Descent has found a dark, fearful, but deeply loved spot in my heart. I can't stop gabbing about it!
